hi guys! i hope youre having a good morning! i know i am :)
i couldnt sleep what-so-ever last night. i was down stairs eating breakfast at 6:30. which is a shocker because im normally not even out of bed before noon. i had a healthy breakfast (oatmeal and some hot tea). and thennnnnn. i hit the gym. boy did i need it. im so out of shape!
i ended up doing 15 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes on the elliptical. worked my thighs so much!
but it felt good to release some endorphins.
im home now. showered and face washed. im crashing on the couch watching some House. going to have some lunch soon and maybe nap. then get right back up, do some school work then who knows!
i've definitely needed a morning like this. last night kinda sucked. nothing was going right.
but im better now! working out was so good.
im going to try and workout more. i need to get in shape for summer, considering im going to be a lifeguard!
im rambling now. ill update later.
